Vanilla sponge rolled with peaches, caramel and fresh cream, Adorned with Chocolate drizzle and caramel, garnished with sliced peaches.

Chocolate Raspberry Roulade:
Chocolate sponge roll filled with whipped ganache and raspberry preserve. Drizzled with dark chocolate ganache

Triple Chocolate Roulade:
Chocolate sponge roll filled and iced with chocolate whipped cream, and drizzled with dark chocolate.

Caramelized White chocolate Roulade:
Vanilla chiffon roll filled with whipped white chocolate ganache and nibs of carmelized white chocolate. Decorated with drizzles of white chocolate, cream rosettes and caramelised white chocolate & curls.

White forest Roulade:
Vanilla chiffon roll filled with red cherries and white chocolate cream. Finished with fresh cream and cherries.

White & Dark Chocolate Roulade:
Dark chocolate sponge roll filled with a layer of chocolate mousse & white chocolate mousse. Drizzled with white and dark chocolate.

Strawberry Roulade (Seasonal):
Vanilla Sponge filled and rolled with chopped fresh fruit and fresh cream.
